Understanding Your Credentials
After subscribing, you receive an email with three pieces of information needed for every device setup.

You'll use these three details in every app below. Some apps call it "Xtream Codes" login, others call it "M3U URL" — both methods work. We'll show you exactly which fields to fill in each guide below.

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV
Compatible with Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Cube, Fire TV Stick Lite, and all Fire TV models
Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources" and "ADB Debugging". This allows you to sideload TiviMate.
Install the Downloader App
From your Firestick home screen, search for "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store and install it. This free app lets you download APK files directly to your Firestick.
Download TiviMate APK
Open the Downloader app. In the URL field, type the TiviMate download URL provided in your welcome email, or enter: https://tivimate.com and download the latest APK version.
Install TiviMate
Once downloaded, select Install when prompted. After installation, open TiviMate. Select "Add Playlist" → "Xtream Codes".
Enter Your IPTV Empire Credentials
Fill in the three fields from your email:
Server URL: paste the full server address
Username: your unique login
Password: your unique password
Then tap Add.
Start Streaming 🎉
TiviMate will load all 40,000+ channels and your full VOD library. Browse by category, set up favorites, or search for any channel. Enjoy premium 4K streaming on your Firestick.
Pro tip: After setup, go to TiviMate Settings → Player → set to "ExoPlayer" for the best 4K performance on Firestick devices.
Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources". This is required for sideloading IPTV Smarters.
Install Downloader App
Search for "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store and install it. Open Downloader and type iptvsmarters.com to navigate to the official download page.
Download & Install IPTV Smarters Pro
Download the Android APK file from the IPTV Smarters website. When prompted, tap Install. After installation, open the app from your home screen.
Select Login Method
On the welcome screen, tap "Login with Xtream Codes API". This is the method that works with your IPTV Empire credentials.
Enter Your Credentials
Fill in:
Any Name: IPTV Empire (or anything you like)
Username: from your email
Password: from your email
URL: the server URL from your email
Tap Add User.
Browse & Stream
IPTV Smarters will load all your channels grouped by category — Live TV, Movies, Series, and Catch-Up. Tap any channel to start streaming immediately in HD or 4K.
Tip: Use the Search function in IPTV Smarters to quickly find any channel by name. Works much faster than browsing categories.
Samsung Smart TV
Compatible with Samsung Tizen OS Smart TVs (2016 and newer). Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro.
Open Samsung Smart Hub
Press the Home button on your Samsung remote. Navigate to the Apps section from the Smart Hub menu at the bottom of your screen.
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro
In the Apps section, use the search icon (🔍) and type "IPTV Smarters Pro". Samsung officially added this app to their store — select it and click Install.
Open IPTV Smarters Pro
Once installed, open the app. On the login screen, select "Login with Xtream Codes API" from the available options.
Enter Your IPTV Empire Credentials
Enter your Name (any name), Username, Password, and Server URL exactly as shown in your welcome email. Tap Add User.
Load Channels & Enjoy
The app will sync all 40,000+ channels to your Samsung TV. Navigate using your remote — browse Live TV, search for channels, or explore the VOD library in full 4K.
Note for older Samsung TVs: If IPTV Smarters isn't available in your region's store, use a Firestick 4K plugged into your HDMI port instead — this gives you the full experience on any TV model.
Find Your TV's MAC Address
Open the Smart IPTV app on your Samsung TV. On the home screen you'll see a unique MAC address — write this down, you'll need it for the next step.
Register on the Smart IPTV Website
On a phone or computer, go to siptv.app. Enter your TV's MAC address and paste your M3U playlist URL from your IPTV Empire email.
Reload the App on Your TV
Go back to your Samsung TV. In the Smart IPTV app, press the Menu/Settings button and select Reload. Your channels will load automatically within 60 seconds.
Start Watching
Use your Samsung remote to browse channels by category. Live TV, Sports, Movies and Series are all organized for easy navigation.
Note: Smart IPTV has a one-time activation fee of €5.49 after a 7-day free trial. We recommend using IPTV Smarters Pro (free) as your first option.
LG Smart TV (webOS)
Compatible with LG webOS Smart TVs (2016+). IPTV Smarters is now available directly from the LG Content Store.
Open LG Content Store
Press the Home button on your LG Magic Remote. Navigate to the LG Content Store icon on the launcher bar at the bottom of your screen.
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro
Inside the LG Content Store, use the search function and type "IPTV Smarters". LG has added this app officially — select it and press Install.
Open the App & Select Login Method
Launch IPTV Smarters Pro. On the welcome screen, select "Login with Xtream Codes API" to use your IPTV Empire subscription credentials.
Enter Your Credentials
Fill in your Username, Password, and Server URL from the email you received after subscribing. Tap Add User to save and connect.
Stream on Your LG TV
All 40,000+ channels are now available on your LG TV. Use the LG Magic Remote to scroll through categories, search for specific channels, or browse the full movie and series library.
Alternative method: If your LG model doesn't support IPTV Smarters, plug an Amazon Firestick into your HDMI port. This works on all LG TV models regardless of webOS version.
Android Phone, Tablet & Android TV Box
Works on all Android devices — phones, tablets, Android TV boxes, and Google TV. Multiple apps available.
Install IPTV Smarters Pro
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device. Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install it. The app is free to download.
Open the App
Launch IPTV Smarters Pro from your app drawer. On the first launch screen, you'll be asked to choose a login method. Select "Login with Xtream Codes API".
Enter Your IPTV Empire Details
Fill in the form:
• Any Name: IPTV Empire
• Username: from your email
• Password: from your email
• URL: server address from your email
Tap Add User.
Browse & Stream
Tap Live TV to browse all channels, Movies for on-demand films, or Series for TV shows. Use the search bar to find any content instantly. Enjoy in HD or 4K on your Android device.
Android TV Box users: If you have a Formuler, BuzzTV, or similar box, TiviMate (next tab) offers a much better 10-foot TV interface with remote control support.
Install TiviMate from Google Play
On your Android TV Box or Google TV device, open the Google Play Store and search for "TiviMate IPTV Player". Install the free version.
Open TiviMate & Add Playlist
Launch TiviMate. On the home screen, select "Add Playlist". Choose "Xtream Codes" from the playlist type options.
Enter Credentials
Fill in your Server URL, Username, and Password from your IPTV Empire welcome email. Tap Add to connect.
Configure & Enjoy
TiviMate will load all channels into a beautiful TV-optimized interface. Set up your Favorites, enable EPG (TV guide), and use the remote to navigate. Optionally upgrade to TiviMate Premium for recording and multi-screen features.
Recommended setting: In TiviMate → Settings → Player → Enable Hardware Acceleration for smooth 4K playback on Android TV boxes.
iPhone & iPad (iOS)
Compatible with all iPhones and iPads running iOS 13 or later. Best app: GSE Smart IPTV.
Download GSE Smart IPTV
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Search for "GSE Smart IPTV" and download it. The app is free with a one-time in-app purchase for full features.
Open App & Go to Remote Playlists
Launch GSE Smart IPTV. Tap the menu icon (top left) → "Remote Playlists" → tap the + button in the top right corner.
Add Xtream Code API
Select "Xtream Code API". Fill in:
• Playlist Name: IPTV Empire
• URL / Host: server URL from your email
• Username and Password from your email
Tap Add.
Load Channels
Tap your new playlist in the list. GSE will load all channels organized into Live TV, Movies, and Series categories. Tap any channel to start streaming immediately.
AirPlay to Your TV (Optional)
Watching on a big screen? Tap the AirPlay icon while streaming to cast directly to your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible smart TV for a cinematic experience.
iOS tip: Enable Background App Refresh for GSE Smart IPTV in your iPhone Settings to ensure the EPG guide stays updated even when the app is not in the foreground.
Download IPTV Smarters Pro
Open the App Store, search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install it. Note: on iOS the app may appear as "IPTV Smarters Player".
Choose Login Method
Open the app. Select "Login with Xtream Codes API" from the available options on the welcome screen.
Enter Your Details
Fill in your Username, Password, and Server URL from your IPTV Empire email. Give the profile any name you like, then tap Add User.
Browse & Stream
Your channels load automatically. Tap Live TV, Movies, or Series. Use the built-in search to find content instantly. Stream in up to 4K on iPad Pro.
Availability note: Due to Apple App Store policies, some IPTV apps may be region-restricted. If IPTV Smarters is unavailable, GSE Smart IPTV (first tab) is always available worldwide.
MAG Box / STB Emulator
Compatible with MAG 250, MAG 254, MAG 256, MAG 322, MAG 410, MAG 520 and all MAG series. Also works with STB Emulator app.
Get Your MAG Portal URL
For MAG setup, you need a Portal URL instead of Xtream Codes. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email and request your MAG/Stalker Portal URL — we'll provide it immediately.
Access MAG Settings
On your MAG remote, press the Setup button (or go to Menu → Settings → System Settings). Navigate to "Servers" → "Portals".
Enter Portal URL
In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the Portal URL provided by our support team. Leave all other settings as default. Press OK to save.
Register Your MAG MAC Address
Your MAG box has a unique MAC address found on the sticker on the bottom of the device. Send this MAC address to our support team — we'll activate it on your account.
Restart & Stream
Restart your MAG box. It will connect to the IPTV Empire portal automatically and load all channels in the familiar MAG interface. Use your MAG remote to navigate channels.
Important: MAG boxes require your device's MAC address to be registered with us. Always contact support with your MAC address before trying to connect for the first time.
Install STB Emulator
Download STB Emulator from the Google Play Store (if you have an Android device) or enable Unknown Sources and sideload the APK. STB Emulator mimics a MAG box on any Android device.
Open STB Emulator
Launch the app. Tap and hold anywhere on the screen to bring up the Settings menu. Select "Profile" then "Add Profile".
Enter Portal Settings
Set the Profile Name to "IPTV Empire". In the Portal URL field, enter the Stalker Portal URL provided by our support team. Save the profile.
Connect & Watch
Select your new profile. STB Emulator will connect to the IPTV Empire portal and load all channels in a MAG-style interface. Use on-screen controls or a remote app to navigate.
STB tip: For the best experience with STB Emulator, go to Settings → Video → enable Hardware Decoder for smooth HD and 4K playback.
Windows PC & Laptop
Works on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Multiple app options available — IPTV Smarters for web, or VLC for a simple setup.
Open IPTV Smarters Web
On your Windows PC, open any browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Navigate to app.iptvsmarters.com — this is the web version that works without installation.
Select Xtream Codes Login
On the login page, select "Xtream Codes API". Enter your IPTV Empire Username, Password, and Server URL from your welcome email.
Browse & Stream
All 40,000+ channels load in your browser. Click Live TV, Movies, or Series in the sidebar. Click any title to start streaming in your browser window — up to 4K resolution.
Go Fullscreen
While watching, press F or click the fullscreen icon for a cinema experience on your monitor. Use F11 to put your entire browser in fullscreen mode.
Desktop app: IPTV Smarters is also available as a Windows desktop app from the Microsoft Store — search "IPTV Smarters Pro" for a native experience without needing a browser.
Download & Install VLC
Go to videolan.org and download VLC Media Player for Windows. Install it — VLC is completely free and open-source.
Open Network Stream
Open VLC. Go to Media → Open Network Stream (or press Ctrl + N).
Enter Your M3U URL
In the URL field, paste your full M3U playlist URL. This is in your IPTV Empire welcome email and looks like: http://ky-tv.cc:80/get.php?username=xxx&password=xxx&type=m3u_plus
Play & Browse Channels
VLC will load your channel list in the playlist panel. Double-click any channel to start streaming. Use View → Playlist to see all available channels organized alphabetically.
Better experience on Windows: We recommend IPTV Smarters Web (first tab) over VLC for a full IPTV experience with categories, EPG, and VOD browsing.
macOS (Mac / MacBook)
Compatible with macOS 11 (Big Sur) and later. Works on MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini, and Mac Studio.
Open Your Browser
On your Mac, open Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Navigate to app.iptvsmarters.com for the web-based IPTV player — no download required.
Login with Xtream Codes
Select "Xtream Codes API" on the login screen. Enter your IPTV Empire Username, Password, and Server URL from your welcome email. Click Login.
Explore & Stream
Navigate Live TV, Movies, and Series from the sidebar. Click any channel or title to start streaming. On a MacBook with Retina display, content renders in stunning sharpness.
Cast to Apple TV (Optional)
Click the AirPlay icon in your browser toolbar to stream from your Mac to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible display in your living room.
iOS app on Apple Silicon Macs: If you have an M1/M2/M3 Mac, you can run iOS apps directly — including GSE Smart IPTV from the Mac App Store (Apple Silicon only).
Download VLC for Mac
Go to videolan.org and download VLC for macOS. Install it by dragging VLC to your Applications folder.
Open Network Stream
Open VLC. Go to File → Open Network (or press ⌘N).
Paste Your M3U URL
In the URL field, paste your M3U playlist URL from your IPTV Empire welcome email. Click Open.
Stream Your Channels
VLC will load your playlist. Use View → Playlist to browse and double-click any channel to play. Press ⌘F for fullscreen mode.
Recommendation: VLC is great for quick access, but IPTV Smarters Web (first tab) gives you a proper IPTV interface with categories, EPG guide, and VOD browsing on your Mac.
Nvidia Shield TV & Shield Pro
The best Android TV streaming device. Full support for TiviMate and IPTV Smarters via Google Play Store.
Open Google Play Store
From the Nvidia Shield home screen, open the Google Play Store. Search for "TiviMate IPTV Player" and install it. TiviMate is optimized for Android TV and works exceptionally well on Shield.
Launch TiviMate & Add Playlist
Open TiviMate. Select "Add Playlist" → "Xtream Codes". This connects to your IPTV Empire subscription using your credentials.
Enter Your Credentials
Fill in your Server URL, Username, and Password from your welcome email. Tap Add to sync your full channel list.
Optimize for Shield Hardware
Go to TiviMate Settings → Player. Set decoder to "ExoPlayer" and enable Hardware Acceleration. The Nvidia Shield's Tegra X1+ chip handles 4K HDR streams flawlessly at maximum quality.

Solving Common Issues
Most issues are solved in under 2 minutes. If none of these work, contact our 24/7 support team.
Stream is Buffering or Freezing
- Switch to a different channel then return
- Restart your IPTV app completely
- Restart your router and wait 60 seconds
- Switch to Ethernet instead of WiFi
- Test your internet speed — need 25+ Mbps
- Try changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)
Credentials Not Working
- Copy-paste credentials — don't type manually
- Make sure there are no spaces before/after
- Double-check the server URL format
- Verify you're using Xtream Codes login, not M3U
- Contact support — we'll resend credentials
ISP Blocking IPTV
- Change DNS to Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1
- Alternative DNS: Google 8.8.8.8
- Enable the built-in VPN in your subscription
- Try connecting via mobile hotspot to test
- Contact support — we have bypass solutions
Channels Not Loading
- Wait 2 minutes — large playlists take time
- Check your subscription hasn't expired
- Force-close and reopen your IPTV app
- Try refreshing/updating the playlist in app settings
- Reinstall the app if the issue persists
App Crashes on Opening
- Force-stop the app in device settings
- Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Clear Cache)
- Check for app updates in the app store
- Uninstall and reinstall the app fresh
- Try a different IPTV app (e.g. switch to Smarters)
No Internet on Streaming Device
- Test with another app or website on device
- Reconnect to your WiFi network
- Move closer to your router
- Restart your streaming device
- Try switching to 5GHz WiFi band
