• Channel availability and content may change without notice due to licensing, technical, or operational reasons
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible

💳 Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

• One-time payment: All plans are one-time payments — there are no automatic recurring charges or auto-renewals
• Plan duration: Your subscription is valid for the selected duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) from the date of purchase
• Credentials delivery: Login credentials are delivered to your registered email immediately upon payment confirmation
• Plan pricing: Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information. IPTV Empire is not liable for failed delivery of credentials due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

⚖️ Acceptable Use Policy

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial offer
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

👤 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Ensure that the email address associated with your account is accurate and accessible
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

IPTV Empire is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• Screen-capture or re-broadcast any content from the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or content at any particular time
• Streaming quality depends on your internet connection speed and stability — we recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K
• We are not responsible for any content delivered through the Service, as we act as a distribution platform

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPTV EMPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service or content unavailability
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control

In no event shall IPTV Empire's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 30 days prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

🚫 Termination

IPTV Empire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity on your account
• You initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute
• Continued service to you would expose IPTV Empire to legal liability

Upon termination for cause, any refund eligibility is forfeited. You may terminate your subscription at any time by simply not renewing it — there are no cancellation fees.

🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact our support team first — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and without formal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify active subscribers by email at least 7 days before changes take effect
• Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your subscription and request a refund if within the eligible window.
